"What Would you Like to Be," by Caroline W. (11)

My name is Caroline W. when I grow up I would like to be a pilot. I will fly aneroplane in the air. I would take people to far countries like London, Amelica [America]. Australia, Ethiopia. Sudan, Uganda and other countries. I would help them getting quickly farway places. I would be taking white people to America. I would by a helicopter. I will be happy as prophet Elijah in his way to heaven. I will be landing in where there’s a wind sock. If tonday I was a grow up person, I would have take Jonathan to America. I would have making castles in the air. I could not drive it very speed like could make a snail a champion. When I see an accident of aneroplane my heart always beat like a tom tom. I would be carrying even president even minister when they going somewhere. I will carry you crayer [Claire] and lora [Lara]. When I bought large aeroplane my bubles of joy bursted within me.

I would like to be a pilot

If God wishes.

Hi Caroline, I am a friend of Jonathan's. I am glad there are people like you who want to fly Jonathan to America and American people to Kenya and people from all different countries to other places. Airplanes are really cool!

You have big dreams! I love to know that kids are still dreaming and reaching for the stars! Keep dreaming and you will get where you want to be! You should ask someone to find "Oh The Places You'll Go" by Dr. Seuss so you can read it!

Hi Caroline W,
I think your idea is beautiful. I met Claire by flying on a plane to Mexico. I love planes because they take me to amazing places to meet wonderful people and see a life outside of my own. Hold tight to your dreams!
Ciao,
Jodi

Hi Caroline

I wish for your dream to come true.

I am a Malaysian kid and my dream is to be a train driver. But my mom says they may not need me anymore when I grow up.

Hello Caroline,

This is a marvelous, beautiful description of your hopes and dreams. If you become a pilot I will be honored to put up a wind sock so you can land in Florida.

Caroline, you have a beautiful mind.. your imagination soars higher than the planes you will most certainly one day pilot.. sometimes I get scared in airplanes but then I imagine myself riding on the back of a gigantic bird and it makes the swaying and bumps seem somehow enjoyable as I picture us dipping and weaving through the skies. Keep your spirits alive and you will find a way to accomplish all that you desire :)

When I was young I wanted to be an artist. As I grew up and went to college I studied art, and then worked for a little while teaching art. Later I traveled on an airplane to India, where I studied a special kind of art there, and worked for a while designing prints to be made into fabrics. Then I came back to Canada where I grew up and studied photography. Soon after I moved to America, where I started a photography business and got married. Now I have two little children and I am not doing a lot of art, but I know that I will do more as they grow up.

As you grow up your dreams will change a little )(or a lot) and take more definite directions, but hold on to them. Life takes us in interesting directions, and sometimes we end up doing exactly what we imagined as children, and sometimes we discover other things to that we love to do. Who knows, perhaps one day you will fly here and I will take a picture of you!
